Exchange Policy

Please carefully read our exchange policy before making a purchase:
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges:
- We do not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges for any products once they have been purchased.
Exchange for Defective Products:
- In the rare event that you receive a defective product, we will exchange it under the following conditions:
- Unboxing Video Requirement: A clear and unedited unboxing video must be provided as proof. The video should start from the sealed package and show the entire unboxing process, clearly highlighting the defect.
- Exchanged product will be delivered with in 5 to 7 working days
Upon receiving your claim, our team will review the video. If the product is seemed defective, we will process the exchange.
Please note that exchanges will only be made for defective products and not for any other reasons.
